
After Sales & Warranty Officer (DAE Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the After Sales Department, ensuring smooth operations and timely customer support.
- Supervise field service activities including installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of specialized vehicles and equipment.
- Manage and process warranty claims in line with company policies, including verification, documentation, and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, and Procurement) to address technical issues and improve product reliability.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for clients to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct failure analysis on returned or defective parts and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Monitor service performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Develop and implement after-sales procedures, SOPs, and warranty tracking systems.
- Train and guide the service team to ensure professional handling of customer concerns.
- Maintain updated service records and warranty databases.
- Promote strong customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- DAE (Mechanical) — B.Tech or BE Mechanical will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive, heavy vehicles, or equipment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and assemblies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.
