After-School Teacher

## Overview

We are seeking a passionate School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong classroom management skills, and be dedicated to providing a nurturing learning environment.

## Responsibilities

- Educate students using various teaching methods and resources
- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students with special needs
- Utilize behavior management techniques effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

## Requirements

- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to implement special education strategies when needed
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- First aid certification is a plus
- Theater or tutoring experience is advantageous
- Understanding of Christian counseling principles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
