After School Teacher

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, as well as developing and implementing engaging curricula.

Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Develop and implement curricula that align with school standards and national curriculum requirements.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters social and emotional growth.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to ensure students remain on task and engaged.
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to students who require additional assistance.
- Foster a love of learning through various educational activities, including sports and arts programs.
- Ensure students receive adequate supervision and first aid when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and assessment to students and parents.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Skills:
- Experience working with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and behavior management techniques.
- Proven experience in classroom management and sports coaching.
- Ability to provide first aid when necessary.
- Experience in childcare and tutoring.
- Experience working in a camp setting is a plus.
- Strong educational background and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The ability to educate students in a variety of subjects, including literacy, numeracy, and science.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
