Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Aftercare Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children after school hours. You will be responsible for supporting their academic, social, and emotional development through structured activities and individualized attention. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong background in early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of students in aftercare.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children during after-school hours.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages social interaction and personal growth.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide an inviting atmosphere.
- Plan and lead activities that promote physical education, creativity, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics while promoting inclusivity..

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
