The Aftermarket Content Manager defines and elevates Sensata’s global aftermarket brand voice by leading content strategy and messaging across all customer-facing channels. This role develops clear, unified narratives and high-impact content that supports product positioning, strengthens retailer and distributor engagement, and drives e-commerce performance. Working closely with product, sales, cataloguing, regional marketing, and creative partners, this position ensures consistent, high-quality content that improves discoverability, conversion, and brand awareness globally.
General Responsibilities
- Develops and executes promotional campaigns and marketing materials for the designated product or program
- Leads effective market research studies in order to utilize effective communication distribution channels, and focus on a target market
- Conduct competitor analysis to execute and develop an innovative, creative and unique marketing communication media strategy
- Evaluate market campaign performance and offer recommendations
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

Responsibilities:
Develop and own the global content strategy for the Aftermarket business, ensuring alignment with product positioning, customer needs, and brand guidelines.
Create and maintain unified messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narrative structures across product families and regions.
Ensure editorial excellence through a consistent tone of voice, a clear storyline hierarchy, and brand-aligned messaging.
Produce compelling digital and print content, including brochures, sell sheets, web copy, blogs, videos, infographics, and thought leadership materials.
Strengthen our retailer position by developing high-quality digital shelf content (copy, imagery, feature bullets, enhanced content) that meets the requirements of global retailers, distributors, and marketplaces. Partner closely with cataloguing and product to ensure accurate, optimized product data that improves discoverability, consistency, and conversion across online channels.
Translate technical information into clear, customer-centric narratives in partnership with product marketing, engineering, sales, and regional teams.
Support ecommerce and retailer content needs in collaboration with cataloguing and product teams.
Optimize content for SEO, digital discoverability, and conversion across channels.
Serve as the central content expert for global aftermarket communications, ensuring brand and messaging consistency across all markets.
Provide toolkits, templates, and content playbooks to support regional sales enablement for aftermarket sales teams.
Review and refine content produced by internal partners or agencies to ensure quality and alignment.
Strengthen global brand awareness through impactful storytelling and customer-focused communication.
Collaborate closely with project managers, product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content supports customer needs and business priorities.
Partner with Creative Services, external agencies, and digital teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality content development.
Qualifications:
Must Have
5–7 years of experience in content strategy, marketing communications, or content development, preferably in aftermarket, automotive, industrial, or B2B technical environments.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical content into customer-friendly messaging.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
Proven experience producing print and digital content for global audiences.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or a related field
Familiarity with SEO, content performance analytics, and digital publishing tools.
Knowledge of content marketing trends, audience segmentation and persona development.
Multilingual capability or experience working across global markets.

Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $121,000.00
