Afternoon Toddler Teacher

## Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess a strong background in early childhood education. For anyone new to the field, we are happy to train new teachers looking for a long-term position. This position has a flexible start time, and the shift ends at 6:00 pm. Additional hours are typically available upon request. We are closed on weekends and most major holidays. Salary varies based on experience.

## Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Manage classroom activities and create a positive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning progress
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote a respectful classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
- Follow closing procedures to clean and close the classroom

## Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required
- Experience in childcare is a plus

This position is for the 2-year-old classrooms.
