Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Agency Manager responsible for onboarding real estate agencies, mortgage agencies, and individual agents onto the Xoto platform. The role focuses on partner acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, and ensuring active platform usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard real estate agencies, mortgage firms, and individual agents
• Conduct product demos explaining Xoto’s features and benefits
• Support agencies in account setup, training, and activation
• Build long-term relationships with agency owners and key decision-makers
• Ensure agents actively use the platform after onboarding
• Drive adoption and engagement across real estate and mortgage verticals
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner queries
• Track onboarding targets and performance metrics
• Collect market feedback to improve product offerings

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate, mortgages, banking, proptech, fintech, or SaaS preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable presenting to agency owners and business heads
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple agency accounts
• Basic understanding of CRM and digital platforms

Preferred Background:

• Experience working with real estate broker networks or mortgage aggregators
• Prior agency acquisition or partner success experience
• Knowledge of real estate transactions or mortgage processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
