Key Responsibilities:

• Process flight and hotel reservations.
• Ensure tickets and documents comply with company, industry, and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily reports.
• Coordinate with other departments such as operations, customer service, and finance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in ticketing, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
