Job Description

• The Agile Coach will help train corporate teams on the agile methodology and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization.
• They are responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging workers and leadership to embrace the agile method.

Additional Job Details

• The Worker will be a part of the team and responsible for creating and implementing an agile development program to train, educate, and support the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight team on agile principles, methodologies, and specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) .
• The Worker will also assist with the efforts to transform other application teams to a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) approach that fall under the Medicaid CHIP Systems portfolio .
• The Worker will assist in creating a consistent understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies that the HHS Organization represents.
• The Worker will oversee the development and delivery of the training curriculum and ensure effective outcomes for the team are achieved and documented.
• The Worker will be responsible to create the implementation processes to continue to support the Agile transformation of the team to support the Modernization requirements associated with Application, Maintenance and Development contract.

Certifications should include the following: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or equivalent
