Role Description:
Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team, we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery, team collaboration and overall organisational agility.
Experience and Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) *

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale agile transformations

Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or equivalent certification.

Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF-ACP) is preferred.

Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence.
Specific knowledge-
Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)

Background in software development or IT project management knowledge

Lead the design and implementation of agile transformation strategies across the enterprise.

Coach executives, managers, and teams on agile principles, practices, and mindset.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,

Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance

Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organisation

Assess team and organisational agile maturity, recommending improvements and best practices.

Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile.
