We are looking for a skilled PMO to ensure successful project planning, monitoring and delivery through governance reporting and resource coordination. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Prepare and update project status reports, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables.

Maintain and update project plans in collaboration with project leads and stakeholders.

Track project activities using Azure DevOps, including backlog items, progress updates, and issue resolution.

Monitor and report on the status of RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) inventory and associated functional designs (FDs).

Provide support for Signavio process documentation and maintain RACI matrices in collaboration with the Template Manager.

Track and maintain key project logs including the gap list, interface list, and job list.

Support scheduling and preparation of workshops, including logistics, agenda creation, and documentation (e.g., meeting minutes).

Assist with administrative support and content management in SharePoint and Azure DevOps.

Generate and consolidate time tracking reports for internal and external teams, support invoice verification processes.

Coordinate time sheet approvals and contribute to financial forecasting using Chronos LBE (covering full project financials).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.

3–5 years of experience supporting IT project management or PMO functions within large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives.

Proven experience in project tracking, reporting, and coordination in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Familiarity with SAP projects

Knowledge in Microsoft Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) for backlog tracking and status reporting.

Experienced in Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools

Strong experience with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting dashboards) and PowerPoint (for project reporting).

Knowledge of project financials and time tracking tools : Chronos LBE

Familiarity with Signavio for process modeling is a plus.

Strong coordination and organizational skills, especially in high-paced IT project environments.

Ability to interpret technical details and translate them into meaningful status updates for stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including meeting facilitation and documentation.

Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2, SAFe Agilist or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – for Agile/DevOps environments are preferred
