Agile/Product Transformation Leader

We are currently looking for an Agile/Product Transformation Leader to be based at our Istanbul Head Office.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in agile methodologies and product management,
  • Leadership experience in large-scale agile transformation projects,
  • Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications,
  • Experience with enterprise agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS,
  • Knowledge of DevOps and continuous delivery practices,
  • Experience in change management and organizational development,
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define the corporate agile transformation strategy and select appropriate agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.),
  • Identify and establish pilot teams; create the agile transformation roadmap,
  • Develop scaling strategies, conduct agile maturity assessments, and design improvement plans,
  • Design a product-oriented organizational model and establish digital product lifecycle processes,
  • Implement a product portfolio management methodology; perform value stream mapping and optimization,
  • Develop product metrics and a KPI framework; ensuring the implementation of digital product management tools,
  • Clarify role definitions and responsibilities; design training and certification programs,
  • Establish coaching and mentoring systems; create competency assessment and development plans,
  • Launch train-the-trainer programs and platforms for best practice sharing,
  • Apply Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies; manage retrospectives and lessons learned processes,
  • Encoruage a culture of innovation and experimentation, and promote a fail-fast mentality,
  • Establish metric-driven improvement cycles, document and share success stories,
  • Ensure the establishment and management of cross-functional teams,
  • Identify agile transformation change agents,
  • Coordinate agile pilot projects with stakeholders,
  • Ensure integration between traditional and agile structures and establish the agile governance model.
