Job Title: Agricultural Engineer (Full-Time)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agricultural Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with technical inquiries, providing product recommendations, and supporting the sales of agricultural materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone customers by providing accurate technical guidance on agricultural products, tools, and machinery.

Assisting customers through WhatsApp messages & phone calls.

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, crop types, and field conditions.

Explain product specifications, maintenance, and proper application methods clearly and professionally.

Support the sales process by preparing quotations, processing sales, and handling follow-ups when needed.

Maintain an organized and updated knowledge of the products and their technical details.

Assist with inventory monitoring and product display arrangements to ensure the shop remains organized and customer-friendly.

Stay updated on industry trends, seasonal product requirements, and best practices in agriculture to better serve customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Agricultural Field in UAE - Strong understanding of agricultural systems, fertilizers, irrigation, and pest management solutions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Driving License is highly preferrable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Sales skills or prior experience in agricultural sales is an advantage.

Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, working within a retail agricultural materials environment.

May require lifting and moving agricultural products and demonstrating equipment to customers.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
