Agricultural Engineer – Production, Management & Sales Experience ( UAE Experience )

Golden Farm Co. is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Engineer with a strong background in agricultural production, farm management, and sales. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency, provide technical expertise, and contribute to business growth through sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage agricultural production activities

• Plan, monitor, and improve farm productivity and quality standards

• Provide technical support and advisory services to clients and farmers

• Develop and execute sales strategies for agricultural products

• Coordinate with management on production planning and market demand

• Prepare technical, production, and sales reports

• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years of proven experience in agricultural production, management, and sales

• Strong technical knowledge of crops, fertilizers, and farm operations

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)

• UAE driving license is an advantage
