Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agricultural Sales Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with frequent travel to our nursery operations in Hail and project sites in Jeddah. The role involves finding new customers, securing large-scale supply contracts, and managing sales for landscaping and agricultural projects to expand our market presence across all of Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with customers to identify their requirements, help them choose the right plants and trees from our nursery, handle pricing quotes, and build strong, long-term relationships to hit company sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful sales experience working directly in a nursery, farm, or landscaping business in Saudi Arabia
• Proven ability to meet sales goals, secure contracts, and bring in new commercial business
• Strong skills in talking to customers, negotiating prices, and closing deals smoothly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, and farm owners
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing (with hands-on agriculture experience) OR a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering/Agronomy (with practical training or experience in sales)
• Strong understanding of Saudi plants, trees, environmental conditions, and regional soil/water variations
• Fluent in Arabic (essential for daily business deals) and good English proficiency (for paperwork and emails)
• Must possess a valid Saudi driving license and full willingness to travel across Riyadh, Hail, and Jeddah
