1.Contracts and Agricultural Inputs
- Receive and record farmers’ contracts in ERP, ensuring proper documentation and handover to the Finance Department.
- Register seeds distributed to farmers and assist in monthly closing.
- Record pesticides and agricultural services in ERP and reconcile with suppliers.
- Handle the issuance and returns of seeds and pesticides in coordination with the warehouse team.
2.Supply Season Operations
- Issue daily quota (tonnage allocation) cards through ERP to control daily supply to the factory.
- Verify and reconcile quota cards with sugar beet entries at factory gates.
- Process farmers’ closures daily and forward them to Beet Accounts for timely settlement.
- Enter harvesting services into ERP for farmers and contractors.
- Support resolution of issues with beet transport drivers inside the factory in coordination with Security, Quality, and Production.
- Monitor vehicle cleanliness to ensure compliance with beet quality standards.
- Review farmers’ payment notices (cheques) against closures and forward to regional offices.
3.Support in Financial Transactions
- Assist in settling farmers’ dues.
- Support in transport contractors’ settlements.
4.Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports on contracts and planting progress (daily/decadal).
- Prepare daily supply reports comparing actual deliveries with planned quotas.
5.Policies, Processes & Continuous Improvement
- Apply company policies, procedures, and management instructions, ensuring compliance by subordinates.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement in line with best practices.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with all HSE standards and procedures to maintain workplace safety, legal compliance, and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any relevant discipline).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fields requiring strong computer use (MS Office & systems).
- Previous experience in sugar industry operations is preferred.
