Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Agriculture Engineer with strong technical knowledge and sales acumen to promote and sell our range of organic fertilizers and agricultural products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement, driving product adoption across farms, villa gardens, and commercial growers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell organic fertilizers, natural pesticides, and other agricultural inputs.
• Provide technical demonstrations and explain product benefits to clients (farmers, landscapers, villa garden owners, agri businesses).
• Conduct soil and crop assessments to recommend the right product solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and advisory support.
• Achieve sales targets by expanding the customer base and retaining existing clients.
• Organize field trials, workshops, and product awareness campaigns.
• Stay updated on sustainable farming trends and competitor products.
• Coordinate with the consultancy team to provide end-to-end support from product to application.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in agricultural product sales (fertilizers, pesticides, or related).
• Strong knowledge of soil health, crop nutrition, and organic farming methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients by combining sales and consultancy.
• UAE driving license is a must.
