Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Agricultural Operations Supervisor* to manage day-to-day farm operations related to irrigation, harvesting, pest management, and operational checklists for vegetables and flowers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage irrigation schedules for crops
• Oversee harvesting operations to ensure quality and timing
• Monitor and control pest and disease management
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and crop-wise checklists
• Ensure compliance with standard agricultural practices
• Coordinate with farm staff for smooth field operations

Requirements

• Minimum age : 28 years
• Education : Science background (Agriculture, Biology, Horticulture, or related field preferred)
• Experience : At least 3 years in any technical or agricultural operations role
• Strong observation, record-keeping, and supervisory skills
• Ability to work independently and manage field teams
