Vertical Farm Production Manager

Salary:

PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month

+ performance-based commission on yields

Job Description:

We operate Pakistan’s first and only commercial vertical farm, producing high-quality crops in a fully controlled environment using advanced LED lighting systems.

We are looking for a Vertical Farm Production Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end crop production, from seed germination to harvest, while maintaining accurate yield and performance records.

This role is ideal for candidates with a science background who are eager to work with modern agricultural technology. Prior agricultural experience is not required full technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seed germination and seedling preparation
• Oversee irrigation schedules based on plant size and growth stage
• Monitor crop health in a controlled environment
• Plan and execute harvest operations
• Maintain yield, harvest, and production records
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 28 years
• Education: Science background (Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, or related fields preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Willingness to learn vertical farming and LED-based crop production
• Responsible, disciplined, and performance-driven
• No prior agriculture experience required
