Responsibilities:
- Plan In-House farms harvest / deliveries and storage distributing the volumes according to the capacity planning for cold stores locations.

Plan daily & weekly production requirements of Agro Materials and delivery schedule for suppliers.

Set Monthly potato supply plan & weekly supply schedule for storage across 5-7 cold stores different locations to fulfill AOP storage plan.

Manage Weekly rates for suppliers, measure suppliers contract fulfillment against plan and arrange daily receiving rates with cold stores WHs and Production.

Arrange daily receiving rates per storage locations in coordination with cold storage teams and agree on rates, capacities and number of operating Shifts.

Plan stored quantities depletion according to quality status & cold stores contracts duration in coordination with quality team

Plan to achieve least Waste % according to applying FIFO method during depletion and update weight loss % with quality & Finance control team on Monthly basis.

Partnership with supply chain manager on achieving monthly/Year MOH Target
- Coordinate with Farms technical team to plan for seeds pipeline filling for +5 years
- Issue Monthly Agro score card, rolling forecast & Lead productivity projects of Agro supply chain.

Data reporting and consolidation for all Egypt Agro performance indicators with the sector representatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ commerce

Experience in Supply chain & logistics +5 Years.

Fluent in English and Arabic languages.

Ability to deal with diverse backgrounds.

Strong Analytical / Thinking skills to be able to identify opportunities.

Good understanding of basic financial analysis.

Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
