AI Agent Builder – Voice Calling & SMS Automation

We are a performance marketing and tech-driven company building advanced AI systems for lead generation, customer outreach, and business automation. We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Builder who can create intelligent agents capable of making outbound calls, responding to inbound calls, and handling text message conversations in a natural and human-like manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and train AI agents for voice calling and SMS texting
• Design conversational flows, logic, and behavior for different campaigns
• Integrate agent with CRM systems, lead forms, and API endpoints
• Optimize for high conversation quality, conversion rate, and data accuracy
• Create knowledge bases, prompts, and instructions for agent training
• Test agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve call handling
• Set up workflows (call → SMS → follow-up sequence)
• Ensure compliance with calling standards (TCPA, consent, disclaimers if required)
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI agents (e.g., using tools like Twilio, Vapi, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Air.ai, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of conversational design and prompt engineering
• Ability to set up automated call flows, IVR logic, and SMS sequences
• Experience integrating APIs, CRMs, or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with telephony systems and call routing
• Strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to deliver fast and work independently
