AI Agent Developer

We are looking for an AI Agent Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize AI agents, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated communication systems. In addition to building AI-powered agents, you will be responsible for implementing solutions for lead generation, email marketing, and cold calling using AI-driven systems.

You’ll work with a dynamic team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver highly functional AI agents that provide innovative solutions for our clients in industries such as e-commerce, SaaS, and marketing. You will also have the chance to develop systems that optimize lead generation, customer outreach, and automate the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents (chatbots, virtual assistants, etc.) to automate customer interactions, sales processes, and more.
• Lead Generation Automation: Build AI-driven tools that automate the process of lead generation, helping our clients capture and qualify leads efficiently.
• Cold Calling Automation: Develop systems that integrate AI and speech recognition to enhance cold calling efforts for sales teams, including call scripting, personalized outreach, and follow-up sequences.
• Email Marketing Automation: Implement AI-powered systems to automate email marketing, including lead nurturing, personalized follow-ups, and campaign optimization based on AI insights.
• Integration with CRM Systems: Integrate AI agents and systems with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
• NLP & Machine Learning: Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve the performance, accuracy, and relevance of AI agents in customer interactions.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data generated by AI systems to provide actionable insights that improve the performance of lead generation and outreach campaigns.
• Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored AI solutions that drive their business objectives forward.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize AI agents to ensure they remain effective and efficient as the business and technologies evolve.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams, including developers, data scientists, and marketing professionals, to deliver integrated AI solutions that meet business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Strong background in AI development, including experience with chatbot or virtual assistant development.
• Expertise in AI Technologies: Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.).
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Lead Generation Knowledge: Familiarity with lead generation and marketing automation tools, particularly those using AI to optimize outreach efforts.
• Cold Calling Automation: Experience in developing AI solutions for automating cold calling and telemarketing activities (speech recognition, text-to-speech, etc.).
• Email Campaigns: Experience developing AI-powered systems that enhance email marketing efforts, including automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• CRM Integration: Experience with integrating AI solutions into CRM systems to manage and track leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
• API Development: Experience with API integration, particularly in connecting AI systems with external platforms (CRMs, email marketing software, etc.).
• Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy AI solutions.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when faced with challenges in AI performance or client requirements.
• Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have:

• Conversational AI: Experience with conversational AI platforms like Rasa, Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Marketing & Sales Automation: Experience with AI tools for marketing automation and improving sales strategies (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation): Knowledge of RPA tools to help automate repetitive tasks across business operations.
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Digital Agency Experience: Experience working in a fast-paced, digital agency environment where flexibility and speed are key.
