QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields,

• Knowledge of the textile product lifecycle from design to order, supply chain operations, and warehouse processes,

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning, open-source LLMs, and AI agent use cases,

• Experience in process improvement, project coordination, or digital transformation initiatives,

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,

• Analytical thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset,

• Advanced command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and analyze potential areas for artificial intelligence (AI) implementation within the department’s business processes,

• Monitor and coordinate AI-related projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals,

• Research, assess, and recommend ready-to-use AI solutions that can accelerate processes and enhance automation,

• Lead awareness initiatives (e.g., training sessions, info briefings) to improve AI literacy among department employees and provide ongoing support,

• Collaborate with cross-functional AI teams on company-wide AI initiatives to drive innovation and shared development,

• Design, test, and deploy AI agents using open-source LLMs tailored to specific business applications,

• Develop and implement digitalization and automation projects to improve operational efficiency,

• Conduct AI, machine learning, and deep learning experiments on cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform – GCP).
