We’re Hiring: AI Architect
📍 Doha, Qatar
We’re looking for an innovative
AI Architect
to define and govern the cognitive AI foundation of a large-scale digital platform. This role focuses on turning advanced AI capabilities into secure, scalable, and reusable platform services across multiple domains and vendors.
🔍
What You’ll Do
You will design the end-to-end AI architecture enabling production-grade AI services across the platform:
-
Define cognitive AI reference architecture (inference, RAG, model serving, agents, fine-tuning pipelines)
-
Establish model lifecycle governance (evaluation gates, versioning, approvals, rollback strategies)
-
Design multi-tenant AI patterns (isolated environments, quotas, secure endpoints, GPU allocation)
-
Specify inference standards (OpenAI-compatible APIs, routing, caching, SLAs, safety filters)
-
Architect RAG systems (ingestion, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, grounded responses)
-
Define fine-tuning pipelines (LoRA/PEFT, orchestration, artifact management, promotion workflows)
-
Implement AI safety and compliance controls (guardrails, PII redaction, prompt governance, audit trails)
-
Define observability across AI systems (training, inference, pipelines, anomaly detection)
-
Provide architecture assurance for vendor solutions and production readiness
-
Enable developer adoption through SDKs, reference implementations, and golden paths
🧠
What You Bring
-
7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture
-
Proven experience building production LLM, RAG, or agent-based systems
-
Strong understanding of model serving, MLOps, and scalable AI infrastructure
-
Expertise in AI governance, safety, and evaluation frameworks
-
Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms and GPU-based workloads
-
Ability to bridge AI research concepts with enterprise-scale engineering
