We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can take ownership of complex technical projects and help shape the architecture of our applications. This is more than just coding—you will play a key role in technical decision-making, system design, and mentoring developers. Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Architecture & Performance:
Build efficient, high-performance systems and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

Code Quality:
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best practices and standards.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Mentorship:
Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Problem Solving:
Identify technical challenges early and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in backend or full-stack roles.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or Node.js, along with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Database Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Cloud & Tools:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Git, and modern development workflows.

Mindset:
You are solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to balance quality with delivery timelines.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
