AI Automation Developer – Tech Delivery Partner

We are seeking a versatile AI Automation Developer to join as a Tech Delivery Partner. This role will focus on scoping, building, and delivering automation workflows that streamline and add value across multiple business functions, including:

• Lead generation & sales
• Customer service & support
• Internal business operations
• Reporting & analytics
• Marketing & social media
• Data collection, cleansing & integration

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Automate processes across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Build dashboards that give clients clarity on performance and outcomes.
• Develop chatbots (customer-facing and internal) to streamline communications and processes.
• Ensure all automations are reliable, scalable, and well-documented.

Essential Skills & Tools

Automation Platforms

• n8n, Make.com, or Zapier (must-have)
• Familiarity with MS Power Automate and Airtable Automations (a plus)

AI / LLM Integration

• OpenAI (ChatGPT API)
• Other LLMs: Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Whisper API (speech-to-text) is a plus

Data Integration & Pipelines

• Google Sheets / Excel
• Airtable
• Ability to convert workflows into apps/dashboards for client use (desirable)

Customer Service & Chatbots

• Dialogflow, Intercom, Tidio, or similar platforms

Marketing & Lead Generation Automations

• LinkedIn/email scraping (PhantomBuster, Clay, Apollo.io, etc.)
• CRM integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce basics)

Desirable Skills

• Strong grasp of data cleaning, enrichment, and validation workflows.
• Understanding of API integrations and webhooks.

Soft Skills

• Excellent English comprehension.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language.
• Clear, timely communication.
• Comfortable with UK time zone alignment for check-ins.
