AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI & Automation Engineer to develop, manage, optimize, and scale small and medium AI agents, while designing and maintaining automation workflows. This role requires hands-on expertise with Python, no-code/low-code platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier), and AI agent deployment.

Shift: 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain multiple AI agents for internal and external purposes.
• Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows using Python and no-code platforms.
• Integrate AI agents with existing systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for reliability and speed.
• Document all AI agent setups, workflow automations, and processes for future reference.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on AI tools, automation trends, and emerging technologies to suggest improvements.

Required Skill/Qualification

• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience with no-code/low-code workflow and agentic platforms platforms(Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT-based agents, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple AI agents simultaneously.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience in scaling AI agents to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
• Knowledge of conversational AI and NLP basics (for handling text and voice-based automation).
• Ability to train and document AI agents for business workflows.

Experience

Mid-Level: 1-2 years of relevant experience in AI tools, automation workflows, and Python/no-code platforms.
