AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a talented and execution-focused AI Automation Engineer / Full Stack AI Engineer to help build and manage:

• CRM systems
• Property Management Systems
• AI-powered dashboards
• Operational platforms
• Financial monitoring tools
• Automation workflows
• Internal business systems

The ideal candidate is someone who can move fast, solve problems, build MVPs quickly, and turn ideas into working products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal CRM systems
• Develop Property Management platforms
• Create operational and financial dashboards
• Integrate AI tools and APIs into business workflows
• Automate processes using AI and automation tools

Develop systems for:

• Contracts
• Occupancy
• Tenant management
• Maintenance
• Financial tracking
• Reporting
• Integrate WhatsApp, email, and third-party APIs
• Collaborate directly with company leadership on product strategy and execution

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python
• Full Stack Development experience
• Experience with AI APIs and tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Experience with React / Next.js
• Database management experience
• API integrations
• Cloud deployment experience
• Automation tools experience (n8n, LangChain, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-moving startup environments
