Role Overview

The person will be responsible for business reporting, automation, system support, and some part of internal technology projects. The role requires someone who can work with data, dashboards, basic coding, automation tools, and business teams to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

● Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and business reports.

● Prepare reports, business analytics, and incentive calculations.

● Build and manage data pipelines and Power Automate flows.

● Support OCR, AI call center, and scraping projects.

● Handle Speed system administration and Speed DB-related work.

● Manage AWS account requirements and coordinate mobile app API issues.

● Work with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into reports, automations, or system improvements.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel, and business reporting.

● Basic coding knowledge, preferably in Python, JavaScript, or similar.

● Understanding of databases, APIs, and automation tools.

● Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow tools.

● Basic understanding of AWS or cloud systems.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to coordinate with business, operations, finance, and tech teams.

Preferred Experience

● 2–4 years of experience in BI, automation, systems, analytics, or technology support.

● Experience in mobility, rent-a-car, operations, or service-based businesses will be preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
