Why this role matters

As our first AI Automation Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in turning manual, error-prone checks into smart, self-healing workflows. Starting with Amazon operations, you’ll build the scripts, pipelines, and alerting logic that keep every SKU, order, and metric under automated watch—freeing teammates to think, not click.

What you’ll do

• Build & deploy backend scripts/apps that eliminate repetitive checks
• Integrate with Amazon SP-API, SellerCloud, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Google Sheets & more
• Design smart alerts (think: exceptions, threshold breaches, anomaly flags) delivered in real time
• Translate logic from analysts and operators into production Python code
• Iterate fast—ship, learn, and harden until failure rates stay under 5 %

• 60 %+ reduction in manual monitoring across all departments within 9 months

• Stable automations documented and handed off for easy scaling

What makes you a great fit

• 3–5 yrs building production Python automations or data pipelines
• Strong grasp of scalable system design & relational DBs
• Hands-on experience with third-party APIs (bonus for e-commerce stacks)
• Startup-speed execution; you ship MVPs, measure, and harden quickly
• Clear communicator who enjoys partnering with ops, logistics, compliance, CS & marketing
• Nice-to-have: prior work with ML/AI trigger logic or alerting systems
