Core PHP Developer

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the coding, design and layout of website according to a company's specifications, and to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary.

Basic Job Duties:

1. Develop APIs and applications for both internal use by the company and external use by clients.

2. Maintain and extend our existing PHP based web applications.

3. Gather user requirements, create scope of work documents, design prototypes, and maintain documentation.

4. Responsible for project life cycle, analysis, design, development, implementation, support, and enhancement.

5. Design and maintain coding standards to enhance app development processes.

6. Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.

7. Ensure the responsiveness of applications.

8. Must have the ability to see through a project from conception to the finished product.

9. Stay well-informed of developments in the software development industry.

10. Write technical and developer documentation for new and existing applications.

11. Coordinate technical support for customers and personnel for all custom applications.

12. Proactively monitor web servers and applications for upgrade and improvement.

13. Provide Sales Engineering support when needed.

14. Ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely fashion and documented properly.

15. Assist with quality assurance and testing procedures.

16. Mentor junior team members and help with code reviews.

17. Provide technical leadership for solving complex programming tasks.

In addition to specific responsibilities, the role will also be responsible for ensuring;

Previous experience

1-Must have 4 years post-graduation experience in same capacity

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and to communicate with all levels of management and personnel on a continuous basis.

4.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi task meet deadlines

5.Experience in web development and software design

6. Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases

7-Good knowledge of PHP FTP functions, CURL, XML and REST

Education:

MIT/BS (Computer Science)/ MCS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
