ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Automation Expert to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions across our eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and integrating intelligent systems to improve efficiency and drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to leverage AI technologies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable results.

WORK SETUP
Position: AI Automation Expert
Location: Paragon City, Lahore
Working Hours: Flexible (Two Shifts Available)

• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement AI‑driven automation workflows for eCommerce operations.
• Integrate AI tools with existing platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.).
• Optimize repetitive tasks such as reporting, data entry, and campaign tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve automation processes.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and apply them to business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.
  
  
  

PRIORITY REQUIREMENTS
We are not looking for a basic developer or only a data analyst. The main requirement is someone who understands AI automation execution and can deliver practical solutions. Please prioritize candidates with hands‑on experience in:

• Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
• AI integrations with eCommerce platforms
• Building custom automation scripts and bots
• Data processing, reporting automation, and dashboard creation
• Process optimization using AI/ML models
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in AI automation or similar roles
• Strong understanding of workflow automation tools and AI applications
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing workflows
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
