Role Overview

Rank Arrow is seeking a highly skilled AI Automation & n8n Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, with the ability to independently manage complex processes, integrate multiple systems, and drive efficiency through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using n8n and other integration tools
• Connect and manage applications, APIs, and databases to streamline business processes
• Monitor and optimize existing workflows for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Develop logic, conditional flows, and error handling for complex automation scenarios
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure workflow alignment with business objectives
• Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools, AI integrations, and industry best practices
• Provide technical documentation and training to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation, workflow development, or system integrations
• Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of AI integrations and AI-driven automation is a plus
