Junior IAM Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IAM (Identity & Access Management) Engineer to support user identity management, access control, and account administration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace, Active Directory user management, and modern IT support practices.

The candidate should be familiar with identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, de-provisioning, group management, password policies, and access permissions. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude for operational assistance, documentation, and productivity enhancement will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and Google Workspace and access provisioning processes

Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts and security groups Support password resets, MFA setup, and access-related troubleshooting Maintain proper user access documentation and audit records

Monitor account security and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist in identity and access governance activities

Coordinate with IT teams for application access management

Provide technical support related to authentication and account access issues Assist in maintaining directory services and organizational units

Support implementation of access control and security best practices

Use AI productivity tools such as Claude for documentation, analysis, and operational support

Google Workspace Administration

Active Directory User Management

Group Policy & Access Control Basics

Password & MFA Management

Platforms & Technologies:

Google Workspace

Microsoft Active Directory

Identity & Access Management Concepts

Claude AI Tool Familiarity

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BSIT, or relevant field

0–2 years of relevant IT or IAM experience

Relevant certifications or trainings in Google Workspace, Microsoft AD, or IAM concepts will be preferred

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
