AI AUTOMATION SPECIALIST


Position Summary


JCQ Services is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Automation Specialist to lead the identification and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that streamline company processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

This role will work closely with the IT department while operating as an independent innovation leader responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage AI, reduce human error, improve data reliability, and automate repetitive workflows across departments. Key Responsibilities


Executive & Administrative Support

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across company operations.
  • Analyze existing workflows to determine where AI tools and automation can improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Design and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual tasks and minimize human error.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure secure integration of AI technologies with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Lead the development of AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor and optimize AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and measurable operational improvements.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and internal guidelines for AI usage across departments.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Promote responsible and safe AI adoption aligned with company policies and operational standards.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow systems.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing process automation or AI-driven operational improvements in business environments.
  • Experience working alongside IT teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools, automation platforms, and data analysis frameworks.
  • Experience with process automation tools (RPA, workflow automation, or AI platforms).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, accuracy, and reliability principles.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based technologies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with boards of directors or senior leadership teams
  • Background in fast-paced or growing organizations
  • Project coordination or light project management experience
