Ai Automation Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist who can design, build, and optimize automation systems that improve marketing performance, streamline CRM operations, and enhance overall business efficiency.

This role is focused on hands-on execution, workflow development, and integration of automation tools to create scalable, efficient, and data-driven systems across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage end-to-end automation workflows using modern automation tools
• Deep expertise in Go High Level (GHL) for developing and optimizing automation across CRM, lead generation, and sales pipelines
• Advanced working knowledge of Make.com (Integromat) or equivalent platforms (e.g., Zapier) for building scalable, multi-step automation workflows
• Implement AI-powered automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and data systems into seamless automated workflows
• Optimize CRM systems, lead nurturing sequences, email marketing, and sales funnels
• Develop AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, conditional logic flows, and decision-based automations
• Analyze business processes to identify and execute automation opportunities
• Support implementation of RPA and AI/ML-based automation where applicable
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation performance and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools, AI technologies, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automation, CRM workflows, or AI-driven tools
• Strong expertise in Go High Level (GHL) and Make.com (Integromat) or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with n8n (workflow automation and integration platform) for building and managing scalable automation workflows
• Proficiency in Python (basic scripting or automation support)
• Solid understanding of API integrations and workflow logic
• Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, and automation systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical AI practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
