AI Business Analyst (m/f/d)

A global technology and consulting organization delivering innovative solutions to support enterprise transformation and modernization. The company is seeking an AI Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions for AI-driven products in the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-driven banking solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data science and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to prioritize features aligned with financial services objectives.
• Support the development of AI/ML-based workflows and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or AI product development.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data science methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with banking or product companies.
