Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled AI Video Generation Specialist to join our growing content team. You will work at the forefront of AI innovation—using next-generation tools to produce high-quality, visually stunning, and engaging videos.
This is a hands-on creative role where you will experiment, ideate, and push the boundaries of what AI can create.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Video Production: Use tools like Sora, RunwayML, Pika Labs, Kling etc. to create videos from prompts, images, or footage.
• Prompt Engineering: Craft detailed and effective prompts to guide AI visual output.
• Creative Ideation: Work with the team to conceptualize and develop content ideas.
• Quality Control: Ensure all videos are on-brand, polished, and optimized for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
• Tool Exploration: Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and trends.
• Asset Library Management: Organize generated content, prompts, and project files.

✅ Qualifications & Skills (Must-Have)

• Proven experience with AI video generation tools (RunwayML, Pika Labs, etc.)
• Strong portfolio/showreel of AI-generated video projects
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering for visual models
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Excellent sense of composition, color, and storytelling

Preferred (Good-to-Have)

• Experience using advanced tools like OpenAI Sora
• Knowledge of additional AI media tools (Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
• Understanding of traditional animation or VFX principles
