Company Overview

EFP (EcomFreightPrep) is expanding its team and looking for a highly skilled AI Content Specialist who understands viral content frameworks, product marketing strategies, and advanced AI content creation workflows. The ideal candidate knows how to combine creativity, performance marketing, and AI tools to produce high-converting short-form content and product videos.

This role requires someone who can manage the entire AI-powered content process — from idea generation and scripting to video production, optimization, and publishing strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Proven professional experience as an AI Content Specialist or similar role
• Strong experience in product video creation and marketing angles
• Deep understanding of viral content structures and audience psychology
• Hands-on experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and
• UGC-style platforms
• Proven ability to create strong hooks within the first few seconds
• Creative mindset with strong performance and results focus
• Ability to analyze content performance and optimize accordingly
• Strong problem-solving skills and experimentation mindset
• Experience handling end-to-end AI content workflows
• Comfortable working with multiple AI tools simultaneously
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience creating e-commerce focused creatives
• Basic product shooting or filming skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI tools and viral trends
• Experience running creative tests and scaling winning content

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-driven short-form content concepts and scripts
• Create high-converting product videos using AI tools
• Generate hooks, storylines, and creative angles based on performance goals
• Optimize content for engagement, watch time, and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing, editing, and creator teams
• Test different AI-generated formats and iterate based on data
• Stay updated with new AI technologies and integrate them into workflows
• Ensure content aligns with platform policies and brand guidelines
