We at Allegiance Real Estate are looking for a creative AI Content Specialist to strengthen our marketing team. If you’re passionate about AI-driven storytelling and have hands-on experience creating avatar-based content for social media, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Create AI avatar-driven video content for ads, explainer videos, and social media posts.
• Develop engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using AI editing and automation tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns for roadshows, property launches, and events.
• Repurpose content across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on AI tools and content trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas.

• AI Video & Avatars: Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, Rephrase.ai, Elai.io, VEO 3, DeepBrain AI, HourOne
• AI Voice & Dubbing: ElevenLabs, Murf.ai, Play.ht
• AI Editing & Social: Captions.ai, Runway ML, Veed.io, Descript
• Creative Design & Assets: Canva, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the above (or similar) AI tools.
• Strong creative instincts for storytelling through avatars and social-first content.
• Understanding of paid media formats (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Portfolio of AI-generated content (videos, reels, static posts).
