AI Data Analyst Remote

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail oriented and analytical AI Data Analyst to join our remote team. This role is essential for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting AI driven initiatives, and helping optimize business decisions through advanced analytics and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Support data driven decision making across departments

AI & Model Support

• Assist in the development, evaluation, and optimization of AI and machine learning models
• Prepare and preprocess data for training and validation purposes
• Monitor model performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI initiatives

Data Management & Quality

• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across data sources
• Develop and enforce data quality standards and validation processes
• Manage structured and unstructured data from multiple systems
• Document data processes and workflows

Visualization & Reporting

• Create visualizations to effectively communicate findings
• Use BI tools to present insights in an accessible and engaging way
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal teams
• Support ad hoc analysis requests

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes
• Work cross functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams
• Support automation of data workflows and reporting systems
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and AI

Requirements

• About the Ideal Candidate:
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI workflows
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field preferred
