Business Analyst

Business Analyst:

We are looking to hire a highly driven Business Analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency.

The Business Analyst will support the Commercial Operations and Digital Transformation agenda by translating business needs into data-driven insights, standardized processes, and scalable digital solutions. The role focuses on strengthening SFA utilization, commercial SOP governance, promotion and pricing implementation and governance, streamlining data insights and dashboards of performance visibility, enabling leadership to make faster and more accurate decisions.

The Business Analyst should also be able to utilize the monthly reports to identify business areas in need of improvement and present solutions to stakeholders.

To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Ultimately, a top-performing Business Analyst should be able to identify ways in which to improve Business-As-Usual Operations and tracking, facilitate and streamline ways of working to increase company performance, and empower all functions in different work streams.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

· Core Admin Work: Pricing Analysis, Standard Operating Procedure drafting and governance, Business Requirement Documentation

· Core Analytical Work: Analyze standard processes and identify gaps and improvements, build Power BI reports and Dashboards to increase visibility on performance and ROI insights.

· Maintain, test and improving business and systems operations.

· Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities across work streams.

· Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.

· Acting as a liaison between business and local and global IT teams.

· Migrate and maintain all reporting from excel to BI tools.

· Be a Business Intelligence super user, and plan all future business upgrades/improvements.

Business Analyst Preferred Skills & Experience:

Required Skills to Succeed from day 1:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or IT.

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective communication and time-management skills.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Self-driven and motivated to learn and complete points

Skills & Experience that are highly desirable:

· Working cross-functionally (sales, supply chain, operations, finance, marketing)

· Analyzing mass data and summarizing overall information (customer sell-out data, company sell-in data)

· Understanding sales cycle with customers from forecasting to sales, delivery, collection

· Strong experience in Excel, Presentation, Business Intelligence tools
