AI Developer

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate AI Developer to design, fine-tune, and deploy next-gen AI systems. You’ll work with open-source models, vector databases, and RAG pipelines to bring real-world applications of Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI to life. This role blends research with engineering—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge innovation and scalable production systems.
What You’ll Do

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy ML/NLP models (Hugging Face, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).
• Build intelligent pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) & RAG frameworks.
• Apply fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, prompt-tuning) for domain-specific tasks.
• Develop end-to-end AI workflows: data prep → training → deployment.
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of production AI systems.
• Stay ahead of the curve in AGI, GenAI, and NLP research and apply findings pragmatically.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into applications.

What You Bring
1–3 years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
Strong Python skills with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Transformers.
NLP expertise (classification, summarization, translation, Q&A, chatbots).
Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Datasets, Tokenizers).
Knowledge of vector DBs + RAG pipelines for retrieval-based AI.
Familiarity with deployment tools (Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
Understanding of MLOps (versioning, monitoring, continuous deployment).
Nice-to-Haves
LangChain / LlamaIndex experience.
RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
Distributed training for large-scale models.
Open-source AI/ML contributions.
