Job Overview ------
We are looking for a creative and results-driven AI Digital Marketing & Product Development Executive to join our remote team.
This role sits at the intersection of AI-driven marketing innovation, new product development, and digital brand growth, ideal for someone passionate about FMCG products, AI tools, and building brands from concept to market.

Responsibilities -------

• 1- Develop though an AI tool and manage our own AI Influencer to promote products in niche categories through digital platforms.
• 2- Collaborate with designers and manufacturers to create new customised FMCG products and build new brands from scratch.
• 3- Drive audience growth across LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube through creative content and campaigns.
• 4- Manage AI-driven marketing tools to automate engagement and content creation.
• 4- Coordinate with multiple manufacturers and product designers to prepare product prototypes and packaging.
• 5- Communicate with current customers to encourage repeat orders and build strong relationships through emails.
• 6- Strategically work to increase the number of SKUs and drive higher order volumes.

Qualifications -------

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) with Alevel
• Experience in new product development and project management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (LinkedIn/social media) and Canva design skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
