About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital banking products from concept to launch. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UI/UX, Business, Operations, Risk & Compliance to define product vision, prioritize features and ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for translating user needs into actionable features, owning the product roadmap and driving performance through data-driven decision-making.


Job Responsibilities


  • Initiate, lead, and oversee the development of new digital products and services in collaboration with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and other relevant departments.
  • Define detailed user stories with clear usability and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Establish, monitor, and own key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success rates, conversion levels, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze user behavior and data insights to identify opportunities for new feature development, user experience enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to conduct user research, develop customer personas, and refine end-to-end user journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and align product strategy with overall organizational goals and objectives.


Job Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Computer Science will be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the digital product management domain.
  • Strong understanding of digital product management methodologies, frameworks, and core concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial acumen with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
