PRODUCTION MANAGER (CNC SHOP)

Core Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Planning and prioritizing workflows to maximize machine uptime and meet delivery deadlines.
• Technical Oversight: Supervising the programming, setup, and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and routers.
• Quality Control: Ensuring all manufactured components adhere to strict tolerances and engineering specifications.
• Resource Management: Managing a team of machinists and operators, including training and shift scheduling.
• Maintenance & Safety: Coordinating preventative maintenance for machinery and enforcing rigorous shop floor safety standards.
• Inventory & Costing: Monitoring raw material levels, tooling supplies, and optimizing processes to reduce waste.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Mechanical Feild: 4 years (Required)
