Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Project Manager with strong experience in laminate flooring, elevators, and escalators projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, securing projects, coordinating with clients and technical teams, and ensuring timely execution while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities related to laminate flooring, elevators, and escalators projects.
- Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, BOQs, and technical submittals as per client and project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market surveys to stay updated on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in laminate flooring, elevators, or escalators industry.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales, technical specifications, and drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
