About the Role
We are seeking a passionate
Algorithm Researcher
to join our client's R&D team in Riyadh. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of applications powered by
Large Language Models (LLMs)
, working at the forefront of generative AI innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world applications in collaboration with top AI experts and product teams.
Key Responsibilities

LLM Development & Optimization:
Contribute to building and refining LLM-powered applications through coding, performance tuning, and debugging.

Feature Implementation:
Translate user and product requirements into functional, scalable modules.

Framework & Model Ownership:
Support the design, development, and maintenance of proprietary LLM frameworks.

Prompt Engineering & Interaction:
Apply advanced prompting, context management, and agent-based reasoning techniques for enhanced LLM performance.

AI Agent Productionization:
Partner with research and product teams to translate agent logic (planning, reasoning, tool usage) into robust production-grade systems.

Continuous Learning:
Stay current with the latest AI/LLM advancements and actively contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and team knowledge-sharing.

Problem Solving:
Collaborate with senior engineers to solve technical challenges and optimize large-scale systems.
Requirements

Language:
Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).

Location:
Must be based in Riyadh (onsite role).

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related fields from a top-tier global university.

Experience:
1+ years in software development (including internships/personal projects).
Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills in
Python
(or similar).

Hands-on experience with
deep learning frameworks
(PyTorch preferred).

Solid understanding of algorithms and ability to implement complex coding solutions.

Familiarity with
LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and agent development
.

Exposure to frameworks like
LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, dify, MCP
(hands-on project experience preferred).
