Are you passionate about creating intelligent systems powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning? We are seeking an AI Developer who can design, build, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions using cutting-edge models, frameworks, and tools.

In this role, you’ll work with modern AI/ML models, data pipelines, and deployment platforms to deliver scalable applications. You’ll also leverage advanced techniques such as large language models (LLMs), NLP, and AI-powered automation to transform business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Data Preparation: Build and maintain efficient data pipelines for training and evaluation using AI/ML data tools (e.g., Scikit-learn preprocessing, Spark MLlib).
• AI Solutions & LLMs: Apply LLMs, NLP techniques, and prompt engineering to enhance automation, intelligent assistants, and decision-making systems.
• Deployment & MLOps: Deploy, monitor, and manage AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) following MLOps best practices.
• System Architecture: Implement scalable AI solutions using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and micro services-based designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and developers to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Evaluate and improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest in AI frameworks, LLM advancements, and emerging ML technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or applied data science roles.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with AI model development, including exposure to large language models (LLMs), NLP, and other advanced ML applications.
• Familiarity with data processing and big data technologies (e.g., Spark MLlib, Hadoop, MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) for model deployment and scaling.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and lifecycle management for production-grade AI systems.
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and statistical modeling.
• Experience implementing scalable AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and micro services-based architectures.
• Strong problem-solving ability, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
