AI Engineer — LangChain & Agentic Systems (Python)

Location: Bangalore (WFO) Type: Full-time

About the Role

Be part of Tvara’s AI-first team by building agentic AI systems and RAG pipelines using LangChain and Python. You’ll create intelligent workflows, test models, and make AI systems usable in real-world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop LangChain-based agents with memory, tool use, and reasoning.
• Implement RAG pipelines: document chunking, embeddings, and retrieval.
• Build evaluators to measure accuracy, latency, and safety of outputs.
• Integrate AI workflows with APIs, databases, and other backend services.
• Optimize inference for speed and cost efficiency.
• Document workflows and support sales/product teams with POCs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of embeddings, retrieval, and vector databases (FAISS/Chroma/Supabase).
• Basic knowledge of AWS for deployment and scaling.

Good problem-solving and experimentation mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,271.34 - ₹600,932.53 per year
